CLIMATE CHANGE & YOUNG PEOPLE

Young people do not have the luxury of a carefree childhood and all too often feel despairing about their future. This project looks at how we can support young people to address their fears and unleash their creativity

This ground-breaking Manchester-based group of climate change education practitioners is working with young people in informal and outdoor education and participatory youth work, in order to facilitate understanding and action on climate change. Using music, dance, theatre and outdoor pursuits they hope to enable young people to rediscover ways of entertaining themselves that are low-carbon and healthy. (Website under development).
