CONVERSATIONS WITH THE EARTH

Voicing the concerns of some of the world's most impoverished people

Conversations with the Earth is a multimedia collaboration coordinated by a network of Indigenous people, which documents the impacts of climate change on their communities and their adaptation strategies. Conversations with the Earth enables honest and respectful storytelling; helping to amplify Indigenous perspectives and voices in order to influence policy and decision-making processes related to climate change. Insight believes that representatives of these Indigenous peoples at COP15 Climate Change conference in Copenhagen is an essential element in their right to be involved in international negotiations on climate change. Therefore, in Copenhagen Insight will host an exhibition of these films, photos and stories, which they will then take on tour throughout Europe/USA.
