The recent earthquake in Haiti has shocked the world by its magnitude and severe impact on the people of the capital, Port-au-Prince. Already some of the poorest people on the planet, Haitians now face an uncertain future as friends and family are missing homes are shattered and food and water are in short supply.
In solidarity and support for their neighbouring island, some of Cuba’s finest musicians together with the unmistakable sound of artists including U2, Green Day, Gorillaz, Bob Dylan, Franz Ferdinand and many others, have come together to create an album of sublime music, profits from which will go to support the people of Haiti as they rebuild their lives, homes and infrastructure. These great artists have come together to be part of an album that will raise money to help those suffering the devastating effects of the earthquake in Haiti.
